We are pleased to announce that Bill Richardson - North East Transport and his team will on the 1st January 2004 return to the Carrier Transicold Authorised Service Network.

As we have discussed at several Network Dealer Meetings we need to ensure we build a strong, professional and customer-responsive Service Network to help retain and where identified, increase the tremendous gains in marketshare made by the CTUK Sales Team. We need to create a strong barrier to entry for potential new service entrants as well as benchmarking ourselves against other services providers in associated industries.

The appointment of Bill & his Team at Aberdeen will help to reinforce and strengthen our Service Network, I am sure you will all join me in welcoming Bill back into the 'fold'.
