Due to the sheer volume of product related information being added to the Extranet on a daily basis we are pleased to announce the integration of the new search engine Docu Search . As we move forward the new search feature will be extended to other areas of Service Engineering.

With the enhanced search interface you can search by full or partial bulletin number, product family, or keyword. If you are looking for specific information by product line you can then modify your search by specific year or by all years available. This new search facility gives you access to over 500 product related service bulletins.

To use Docu Search, first enter a product line/bulletin number and then choose the scope of the search. Your search will then return a list of all the documents related to that product line/bulletin number by the number of matches (descending) then by description.
