Carrier Transicold Opens In The Balkan Region

PARIS, 24th October 2006 – Strengthening its position as the leader in innovative heating and cooling systems Carrier Transicold, a division of United Technologies Corporation, today announced the opening of a new sales office in the Balkan region, located in Athens.

Eric Moussiegt, Business Export Manager, will be responsible for this office and for managing the growth of Carrier Transicold’s activity in this region, covering the countries of Albania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Israel, Kosovo, Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, Republic of Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, and Turkey. The opening of this new sales office reflects the increasing emphasis being placed by Carrier on these markets, and a firm commitment to providing increased support to the local Carrier Transicold distributors.

Eric Moussiegt was previously responsible for the successful implementation of the sales office on the Middle East region. He benefits from 17 years of experience with Carrier Transicold, most recently as Sales Manager for France. He will be assisted by a technical and sales team.
