Technical Assistance

For 2005 we will be introducing a new PC Software diagnostic package that will cover all of the Truck & Trailer machines. This new program is called Reefer Manager and will replace all previous versions of Service Manager, Data Manager & Serv Tool for field technicians, Tech Assistance will install this new PC software and training will be provided.

During the next two months visits will be organised at each Dealer location to upgrade each laptop, set-up user profiles and give training on the new package. If you have not responded to the email request from Technical Assistance then please do so as soon as possible as support is being phased out on all previous versions.
