The app enables users to locate and contact the nearest service centre across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), to help maintain cold chain protection for temperature-sensitive products. Carrier Transicold helps improve global transport and shipping temperature control with a complete line of equipment for refrigerated trucks, trailers and containers, and is a part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).

The application brings competitive and modern telecommunications technology to Carrier Transicold’s extensive after-sales service offering, providing access to a map showing the nearest service partner, directions and opening hours.

With a broad range of skills covering refrigeration, engine and electrical expertise, approximately 1,700 Carrier Transicold technicians across 550 service centres and mobile units throughout Europe are able to help deliver maximum uptime and load integrity to customers.
